By using our website or booking a table, you confirm that:

2. Reservations & Cancellations

Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or in person. To ensure availability:

• Reservations must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee of £10 per person.
• Groups of more than 8 people require a non-refundable deposit of £5 per head at time of booking.
• We reserve the right to release unconfirmed bookings 30 minutes after the booked time.

3. Menu Items & Pricing

All menu items—including “Chicken Road”—are subject to availability. We strive to keep our online menu up to date, but:

• Prices, descriptions, and availability may change without notice.
• Photographs of dishes are for illustrative purposes only and may vary from actual presentation.
• Special dietary requests (e.g. allergy information) should be communicated at the time of order.

4. Payment Terms

• We accept major credit/debit cards and contactless payments in-café; online payments are processed securely by our third-party provider.
• Payment is due at the time of order or upon receipt of your bill.
• In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to suspend future bookings.

5. User Conduct

When visiting our website or premises, you agree not to:

• Post any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing.
• Use automated scripts or bots to access or scrape data.
• Disturb other guests or staff, engage in harassment, or damage property.
